Nothing irritates me like throwing away unused food. Have something hanging out in the back of your fridge that you have absolutely no idea what to do with? Or as Self magazine calls them, UFO’s – Under-Utilized-Food-Objects. (Oh how I wish I’d thought of that first . . . )
Simply go to www.cookthink.com and type in a food or spice (!), and it will create a list of recipes that use your special ingredient.
Even if you aren’t about to throw something out, this site can lend some creative juice when you get in a cooking rut. Yummy!
